A: The average hotel room is about 300 square feet. The average, one-bedroom corporate apartment is around 700 square feet. Relax and put your feet up in the living room. If you get tired of eating out and room service, cook your own meals in our fully equipped kitchens, furnished with everything from forks to baking dishes. Tired of lugging an extra suitcase of dirty clothes. Our apartments come with either full size washer and dryer or an on-site laundry facility. And one monthly invoice will include everything, and can be billed to your credit card or to your company for your convenience.
Q: What is included in the rent that I pay?
A: Choice Corporate Housing, Inc. will invoice you once per month. This invoice covers the apartment rent, furniture, house wares, basic cable, electricity, water, gas, and local phone service. High-speed internet access and housekeeping services are also included if you specify these options at the time of quotation.

A: We require a 30-day stay. Any less than 30 days would require that we charge hotel taxes.

In major metropolitan areas, the rates for a one-bedroom apartment range from $1,800 – $2,500.
